How reports are produced
The treasurer follows a fixed workflow so figures are consistent and auditable:
- Upload the term's transactions (CSV).
- Validate columns (date, description, type, amount, category).
- Preview and correct records.
- Calculate income, expenditure, and balance.
- Generate category and monthly figures.
- Add written commentary.
- Publish the report to this page.
This workflow lives in the admin area, behind the council's admin login.
